La Dirección Universitaria de Relaciones Internacionales y Nacionales was created May 26th, 1994 before it was known as the Oficina
de Relaciones Internacionales.
We are an advisory organ dependant on the chancellor's office for all activities of coordination and management when they happen for
achievement of agreements and arrangements as much nationally as internationally.
Our basic purpose is to make public for all of the "heredian" community the existence of arrangements, as well as broadcast and facilitate
all the opportunities in place. In addition, we coordinate the international exchange of undergraduate and postgraduate students and University professors.
