Lic. Bruno Ardito Ynouye

Degree in Health Administration from the University of Peru Cayetano Heredia (UPCH), with the Academic Recognition Diploma. Fellow of the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) Studies of specialization in Management Excellence at the National University of San Marcos (San Marcos). Subsequent studies of specialization in Governance and Political Management at the Pontificia Universidad Catolica del Peru (PUCP).

He has experience in management of public services and private health, having served as Management Analyst in the Health Management Ricardo Palma Clinic; then as a member of the crew of the Executive Directorate of Specialized Care in Ophthalmology at the National Institute of Ophthalmology (INO) and finally as Manager of Executive Management Development Vision Services, Prevention and Promotion of the Eye Health of the same institution. Also, he has participated as coordinator of a multidisciplinary project funded by the Council for the Integration of Persons with Disabilities (CONADIS), for the diagnosis and strengthening of public offices for the care of the disabled person in the Department of Tumbes.
